Losses can be a tough thing for fighters to endure, especially because there's so much work and sacrifice put into training and there's obvious pride injured after losing. But Matt Brown takes the attitude that the only thing he can ask of himself is that he give sit his all:
When you get in there for a fight, your entire objective is to fight the best you can. If you lose, at least you still fought the best you could. If you win, then so be it. As long as I get in there and perform the best I can, that's all I can ask of myself.
