Jake Shields never allows himself to halt the learning process:
I'm always trying to change my training, I don't just get stuck in a rut. You see a lot of guys they kind of hit a plateau and quit learning, I'm always bringing myself around top fighters and trying to figure out what they're doing and learn more.
