The hard work and dedication and sacrifice to be an elite mixed martial arts fighter is incredible. But according to Carlos Condit it's something that is well worth the reward:
People like to take the easy route..like instant gratification and what we do takes a lot of patience and time, you really have to work for something, but the reward is worth it.
