Of all the versions of me that reside in this meat vehicle the best one is the one that emerges after the great purge of the monkey rage and pouring of the sweat. That’s the me I turn to when I need answers. That’s the me with the most love, the most clarity, and the most appreciation. It’s the best me, and I have to work to make him emerge.
