Jose Aldo's fight with Mike Brown at WEC 44 in November 2009 was the most important of his career. Aldo won the WEC featherweight title that night and it was the earning of that title which allowed him to be given the UFC title when the WEC and UFC amalgamated in 2011. Six that fight he has defended the belt six times and has extended his win streak to 15. Unbelievably he hasn't lost since 2005, is ranked number four in the pound for pound rankings, and considered the greatest featherweight mixed martial arts of all time.
