Mikhail Venikov Interview and Quotes
"As long as you put in the appropriate amount of time and hard work into it, the sky's the limit."
"When you're happy at home, everything's going well...You're eating well, you're having fun with your friends, you're doing what you're enjoy doing, that correlates into your training and that also reflects in your fights. You've got to be positive."
"Even if you lose, no big deal, it's not the end of the world, just learn from it, take it as a learning experience and use it for the next fight."
I consider myself a martial artist. The reason why is it's not just going into the cage and fighting, it's a lifestyle that you live. You eat healthy, you try to be a positive person, help out people in need, whether it be the homeless or the veterans or their families. So you always want to portray that positive vibe. As far as training, same thing, if you see somebody who needs a few pointers here and there, you being a mixed martial artist and having the knowledge you share it with other people and help them learn as well.
