Johny Hendricks believes his job is to make the fans happy:

We get paid to be exciting, we get paid to make the fans have fun...and that's what I want to do, is make sure that the fans are happy with my performance, because if the fans are happy with my performance that means I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing.
