Georges St-Pierre is the greatest welterweight not only in the history of the UFC, but in the sport of mixed martial arts as a whole. GSP has become a fan favorite not just because of his success in the UFC Octagon, but the humility and respect that he brings inside and outside of the cage. The traditional marital arts background that Georges St-Pierre grew up in with Kyokushin Karate has influenced him heavily. He has taken the holy triune of martial arts of honor, respect, and discipline and made it work perfectly in MMA. He is willing to learn from anyone, has a highly scientific approach to mixed martial arts, and never stops working towards his goals and making things more effective and efficient. He will not only go down as one of the greatest fighters ever, but one of the smartest.
