7 reasons why you should feel good
7 reasons why you should feel good
>It makes life worth living.
If you have a billion in the bank but are unable to feel good, it's worthless.
>Improves your health.
Much damage is done to the internal organs via consistent negativity over the years. It is one of the reasons we feel back pain and stomach pain as so much negative energy is stored there on a subconscious level. Feeling good has the opposite effect.
>People respond to you better.
When you feel good you have a different aura and energy around you. 90% of communication is non-verbal, and that non-verbal will be communicated to people by feeling good.
>Karmic energy.
When you feel good, you do good, when you do good, good comes back to you.
>Vibrational energy.
Feeling good emits a positive frequency out there that attracts positivity to you.
>Better subconscious reactions.
When you are in a very good mood, things do not phase you. If someone bumps into you when you are in a state of laughter or feeling great, you don't mind at all. If you are in a bad mood, then all hell can break loose as that bump triggers a subconscious pain field inside you and you are not in a mad state. So feeling good triggers subconscious reactions which are positive and make it harder for you to get triggered into a negative state.
>Momentum of positive energy.
The more you practice feeling good the more positive things arrive in your life, that causes more positive energy and that creates a momentum of good things coming into your existence.

Chris Weidman quotations
Chris Weidman is a great example of a wrestler turn into a tremendous mixed martial artist. The UFC middleweight was able to take his amateur wrestling skills and pick up the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu game extremely well, and then add on striking and combine them all in a seamless blend. Besides his strong technical game, one of Chris Weidman's greatest assets is his mind. The Psychology major has been able to understand the mental aspect of the game extremely well and creates the right mental processes in his mind to achieve success. He has able to use his confidence to achieve the goal he dreamed of from the moment he began fighting in mixed martial arts: defeat Anderson Silva and win the UFC middleweight title.
Here are some great quotes from Long Island native Chris Weidman:
